Having challenging conversations with families can be overwhelming and unpredictable at times, but it is often necessary when working with parents and children. To help ease this challenge, participants will learn how to navigate and conduct such conversations using professional and constructive language, how to formulate a plan of action, and how to communicate in a way that helps families feel heard.
