Electronic communication systems can offer child care providers an opportunity to reach busy families and expand engagement. In this two-hour course, the instructor will cover best practices for sharing information with families of children who are currently in their care. Students who complete the course will understand how to effectively use digital techniques to communicate with their program’s families, and they will be able to develop an email newsletter (MailChimp) and a Facebook Group.
